RETURNS

AS OF TUESDAY 3RD DECEMBER, WE WILL BE EXTENDING RETURNS FROM 30 DAYS TO 45 DAYS TO COVER THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD. THIS WILL END ON ORDERS FROM BOXING DAY ONWARDS. 

At TROPEZ we respect that you may occasionally need to return an item and offer a full refund or exchange on all items.

Refunds or exchanges must be returned to us within 30 days of the product being received.

Returned products must be in perfect original sale condition, unworn with tags still attached.

Return postage is at the buyer's own cost and risk. All items to be returned via tracked mail to ensure returns arrives safely. No refunds will be given for any items that go missing in the post.

For hygiene purposes, no refunds or exchanges will be given for products that have aftershave, makeup, body odor's or cigarette smoke on.
